VOGG.com offers "Worldwide Free Shipping" on all orders from any country. We use DHL, Fedex, SKYNET, Aramex, TNT or UPS depending on your location.

Please allow total 10 days after your payment date for the arrival of the shipments. Please note that these are only estimates and we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. We may provide tracking numbers for your packages upon requests if you would like to track your package online.

VOGG.com pays for you in advance the customs duties for almost all destinations in the world. In few cases, depending on the destination and on the items purchased, taxes and duties may be charged to recipient. We declare reduced values on delivery documents by using gift-delivery services in order to lower the shipping costs. Therefore, if somehow you face some taxes at your local customs, it will also be a low cost for you.

Please indicate a valid telephone number with your address as we may contact you by phone if there would be any problems on delivery.

:: Multiple Item Purchases
Please be informed that we make seperate shipments for multiple item purchases. For example if you bought 3 pairs of shoes, your order would be shipped in 3 different shipments. Therefore, after receiving your first delivery, we kindly ask you to allow some couple days more to receive the other package(s). Then please contact us if there would be any delay. So we would always help you with pleasure

:: Inadequate shipping address provided by the customer

During the shipment process, we use the informations provided by the customer on checkout. If the information is inadequate/incorrect, there will be problems with the delivery as they are passed to the carrier company. SO, PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE/CORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION COMPLETE WITH A VALID ZIP CODE & PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN BE REACHED AT ALL TIMES. We kindly like to remind you that, VOGG.com may not be hold responsable for the deliveries if "wrong or incomplete addresses and phone numbers provided by customers" and "if the receiver of the packages are not at the addresses". You need to be in direct contact with the shipper company with your tracking number to receive your packages

:: PO Boxes, APO/AFO Military addresses
Commercial carriers deliver only upon signature, so please make sure you only include complete addresses. SO, PLEASE ONLY PROVIDE COMPLETE ADDRESSES DURING CHECKOUT. I.E. NO DELIVERY TO PO BOXES, AFO/APO ADDRESSES. WE WILL MAKE USE OF REGULAR GROUND POSTAL SERVICE FOR ANY MERCHANDISE THAT SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO SUCH ADDRESSES OF WHOSE DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 20 DAYS.

:: Packages left at the front door (LFD's)
Eventhough we have agreed with courier companies some items may not to be left at the front door, sometimes it can happen. As a result, packages may get picked up by persons other than the customer. SO, IN CASE YOU CANNOT MAKE 100% SURE THE PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY YOU, YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR COLLEAGUES, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET IN CONTACT WITH COURIER WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING THAT VOGG.com CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LEFT AT FRONT DOOR / DELIVERED TO INCORRECT RECEIVERS. AFTER RECEIPT OF THE TRACKING NUMBER BY THE CUSTOMER, IT IS THEN HER/HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH COURIER AND FIX A CONVENIENT DELIVERY DATE/TIME.
